Carlos Pools, Spas, Garden

This has been our second pool we built with Mr Carlos. Our project Manager Andy was amazing throughout the whole process. We knew that unexpected things were gonna happen but Andy helped us with every issue to make sure it was done properly and we were satisfied. After the pool finished Marlon did our pool school orientation and he was extremely knowledgeable. He helped with any question and getting everything set up properly. I would definitely recommend requesting Andy and Marlon for your project. Everything turned out beautiful and we can’t wait for next summer to really enjoy this pool.

My family and I are grateful to everybody at Carlos Pools, Spas, and Garden for building us a beautiful pool. As with all projects you can expect delays and changes when inspectors are involved but all and all the process of each step was fairly quick, painless and any questions concerns were always addressed no matter how trivial they may have been. At times you will feel overwhelmed, take a deep breath and ask questions to ease your mind. Our team was fantastic, David and Jorge were always there to answer questions and I am the type to over think and ask a lot. This review is long overdue, as I have already referred 3 friends. But, I can’t say enough great things about our experience with Carlos Pools. Building a pool is such a huge project that my wife and I were extremely nervous going in. From the beginning, our project manager Andy put us at ease. He answered all of our questions and was with us every step of the way from start to finish. Some of our questions and concerns probably seemed so stupid, but he never made us feel that way. He listened, answered and always put us at ease. In fact, all of their crews were that way as well. Every step of the project was finished on time and flawlessly. I was recommended by a family friend about Carlos Pools, well let me tell you my wife and I had the best experience working with this company. Great communication from the beginning to the end. Site project supervisor Jose kept us informed through all the steps for our project, any questions we had or any time we would call him he would be available or call us back. Once the pool was complete Ruben came out for our Orientation to start up the equipment he explain everything and went over how everything works and if I had any future questions I could always give him a call. I would like to give a big shout out to everyone at Mr Carlos Pools. Everyone we worked with was great . Jose helped me a ton . He explained everything to me and would even give extra help explaining concepts and things I had no experience with. Marlon was also great. Marlon did my chemical start up and my pool equipment orientation. He also did a great job explaining to me how everything worked and how to use my pool automation system that I bought for an upgrade. My only suggestion for improvement is maybe a hire more people in the admin office. It seemed like they were swamped and under a lot of stress due to all the projects they had going on . But they all tried their best to help when they could . Pool and spa came out great !
