Came to check on water heater after the flood, and made a huge deal that the valve on the water heater was curved. Said he would go to his truck, and I didn’t check before he left I go back and look he takes my newer valve and replaced it with a dirty one that looks like it’s been in a flood, I text the office and she says she’ll talk to him and put in another claim with my home warranty it’s been two weeks haven’t heard a word! I see why their ratings are so low!! They installed the water heater and curved valve two years ago, they have been here since then no one ever made a big deal about the valve. I just want a new clean properly installed valve that I paid for on my water heater and not all the hassle!

James was awesome. He fixed our leak and was great to talk to. Definitely a great company. They called right away and scheduled an appointment right away. He had the parts In the truck. I didn't have to wait to get parts ordered.

I had them add a gas line. While they were here, they were kind and courteous. When they were “done” I kept saying how the gas smell was really strong and T (the main guy) said it was just residual smell from bleeding the line out. We walked through the house and when we came back up to the kitchen I said again that the gas smell was really strong. He said again that it was residual. So I turned the hood vent on. They left. I left for two hours with the hood vent running the entire time I was gone. When I came home, I could still smell gas so I called them. He still insisted it was residual. I’m like, really? After having the exhaust fan on for two hours? He told me to go ahead and hook up my gas stove and that I was good to start a fire. Hubby came home and the second he walked in the do
