Ordered carpet and paid cash for months in advance. Carpet was installed it was not the carpet we ordered. It was a much cheaper style of carpet, I ordered Berber, seams visibly noticable. Called and left messages on how upset I was and still am. Never got a return call or anything else. Do not support this local business! I can't believe no one had the decency to even try toake it right! I spent, $3620 for one room of good carpet and got shafted.

Nice enough guy, but does not have regular employees, and left the place a mess. So much for trying to support a local business. Go somewhere else for your carpet needs.
