***Update*** After posting my review someone emailed me and confirmed I received the receipt I needed so the issue was resolved. ***Original Review*** I contacted Carmichaels after my washing machine caused a flood. I paid for the service call upfront. Two guys came out and looked at it and said another guy would have to look at it so they rescheduled for the next day. The next day two guys came out (one was the same but the other was a different guy). They determined that there was nothing wrong my washer but the house plumbing was in need of a plumber. I have a home warranty and needed an invoice/receipt showing what I had paid and that they had stated the washer was fine and I needed to call a plumber. I called the office and the lady was very unhelpful and told me to call back next we

Terrible experience. The technicians came out to service our dryer and inspect our washer, which had been making a strange noise at the end of a cycle. The tech told us a bolt needed to be replaced and that they would return to fix it. When they came back, they not only failed to repair it but left the washer taken apart and unusable. During the next visit, we were told that our less-than-two-year-old washer suddenly needed an entirely new computer system. I questioned how a washer that had previously been working—aside from a minor noise—was now completely nonfunctional and in need of such a major repair. Let me tell you dealing with these people is rough. The first time they came out the guy was really late. Says he was hung up on the highway. I gave him the benefit a doubt diagnosed my dryer a bad motor.. Told me the motor is an extremely backorder came out sooner than I thought had some big spiel about how a mixup was in the system with motors with some other lady stuff switch the motor out and the problem is still the same making a loud noise so obviously it was not the motor. then they had to come out again. The lady gave us a window between 230 to 430. The guy was really late. Says he didn’t know anything about the timeframe. We were leaving already because he was so late had to turn him away. Went through Speed queen and Carmichael appliance was sent out. They communicated beautifully and my technician was amazing. He showed up on time, did a thorough job, and left my space clean and tidy after working .

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. We had a warranty repair for a GE washer. She called and scheduled me. The repair tech called instead of coming out to diagnose the washer, said he already knew what was wrong and will order the part, will be in 3-5 business days. 8 days later I called and she scheduled me for next day. 2 techs came out, tried to put in the part, stripped a bolt dropped a nut down the washer, had to come back next day. Came back and put in the part said it was fixed . Washer was doing the exact same thing. Did not even fix my washer, The lady called 2 days later and said I have your part in I can schedule you tomorrow. How did she not know she already sent someone out 2 days ago- did they even put the right part in my washer?? They have no clue what
