Rhonda and John have been incredible to work with on our kitchen renovation and flooring. We sought out multiple design options and quotes, but the level of customer service and attention to detail by the two of them surpassed all the others. From the moment we walked in to speak with them, Rhonda was incredibly helpful and gave great input without negating our vision. John was the first designer to actually bring my vision to life in a design!! They always held space for us when I was second guessing color choices and never once rushed us to make a decision. We always left them feeling more reassured and confident in the choices we made. One last thing (but most important thing to me personally)…they stand behind their work!!! I regret this remodel more than anything I have ever done in my life . There was damage to every laminate top . Damage to cabinets I was told they would replace doors not only did they not replace them they did not even put the handles on the bad ones . They were suppose to install my vent fan over the stove they did not return to do that either. The doors leading to my laundry room are made very poorly there is a gap at the bottom . There is a cabinet and a drawer that can not be used because they hit the stove they did come to make them smaller but brung the wrong color of wood so not only was it left to big and unusable but the bottom hinge is not even screwed in . I have never left a review of any kind but I feel this one star is well deserved my remodel started in July it is now Dece

I can't recommend Carolina Cabinetry and Flooring enough. We just had our kitchen and dining room area completely redone, and they did the work. We are beyond pleased with both the result and the experience. They are professional, courteous, fair, accommodating, prompt, reliable, and do great work with smiles on their faces. My wife and I chose Carolina Cabinetry and Flooring to install our new flooring that we purchased from them. John and Rhonda were super helpful in helping us make our decision on the type of flooring we wanted. Their friendliness and professionalism was outstanding. Rhonda was great answering our questions prior to and during the install. Their installation team is the best I've ever seen. True craftsman in every sense of the word. They were meticulous in their installation, every cut was perfect and precise. They even touched up a few paint spots on the walls and trim that they noticed during the install . I would highly recommend Carolina Cabinetry for all your home needs.

Rhonda and John are phenomenal people to work with. Their knowledge of product and current design is amazing. They want to please but their main goal is for their customers to be happy with their choices. Our renovation was guided and over seen to perfection by John. Rhonda is just the sweetest person and excellent at helping us choose the right materials. All the people that install and work for them are just the nicest. They take pride in their work and do an excellent job. This was one of the best updating experiences we have had. Rhonda and John are the most delightful people to work with.
