Mike added a Smart device to our AC/Heat unit. He is very thorough and added the app to both my phone and husbands phone and walked us through the process. He did not leave until we used the devise ourselves and made sure all was working properly. It was a bit more complicated because of a wire down in the basement, but he fixed Whatever was necessary. This is the second time that Mike has come over and help us with our AC/Heat. The first time he added a new thermostat system for us a few months ago. We then wanted to change to a smart device and he came back out and set us up! Very courteous and very helpful with all of our questions. Highly recommend.

Michael was professional and very knowledgeable! He explained everything he did so that could understand it. He ran down a difficult problem and fixed our HVAC making it operate like new. He was a great technician and we highly recommend his services. He is a great reflection on the company!!!

Lowes set me up with this installer for a home Generator install estimate. Someone named Jill at Rutherford heating left a message to call for an appointment for an estimate. I returned her call to set up a appointment and in the process she began to inform me that installs started 12,000.00 and wanted to make sure I was aware of that and didn't want to wast my time showing up if I didn't know that! Sounds like she already knew what I could afford or I might couldn't afford their services. I'm not stupid and that's the purpose of a in home estimate! Im a 45 year business owner and multiple home owner and can make an adult decision upon an estimate! Sounds like Jill was concerned about me wasting their time so I solved that for her and informed Lowes and they set me up with another instal

Replaced home systems, two outdoor units, two indoor units, crawl space duct and registers and returns on 1st floor. Adam was a pleasure and presented multiple options for consideration, Jeffrey was my installation manager and was on top of any questions or concerns I had. Unit is installed correctly, area was cleaned up and left looking untouched. System works wonderfully on both floors. Adam checked back in after install to make sure everything was satisfactory and meet expectations. Pleasure to deal with and considering cost of similar services on the NC coast where we stay part of the year the price through Rutherford Heating and Air is gonna be hard to beat!

Michael was on time both times we had him to our property. He quoted us a reasonable price, and did excellent work. He got our place rewired and running in no time. I’d recommend this company over one of the larger corporations.
