I had a Carrier Furnace & AC unit that was about 15 years old. It had corrosion on the furnace coils and was in need of replacement with a more efficient unit. I received a referral from my good friend at Habitat for Humanity house build. He recommended Rutherford Septic, LLC. In addition to septic work, they also provide Furnace & AC installations. I called and contacted the owner, Quincy Lail, asking for a review of my furnace and AC unit including a recommendation for a new, more efficient Furnace & AC. The receptionist made the appointment and kept me informed during the inspection and the availability and price for various brands. I called several septic tank installers, they never got back to me, the ones that got back to me never showed up. Rutherford Septic responded the same day and came out to my house that same day to give me a great estimate! Not only that, but they kept me informed of the progress with permits, etc, before they even came out to do the job. And the work they do is A+. They are thorough and work hard to please the customer. I highly recommend them above any other company for any septic work period!

Rutherford Septic saved my house!! They came out the same day I called them in the pouring rain right before hurricane Helene hit. They were able to dig a run off gulley in my back yard so that over foot of rain we received didn’t collapse my drain field. The ground saturation had already caused standing water under my house. They also came back and checked on my yard to make sure it was draining properly. They communicated with me throughout the whole process. They are as honest and hard working as you can come by and I was pleasantly surprised at the very affordable cost for the excellent quality of work they did. I am using them again to continue a huge drainage project in my yard!
