Craig G, Adrian R, KJ Moises A, Jose B, Irepa G and Marcus were all very professional. Not only did they do a great job installing our HVAC system downstairs and upstairs, they were very polite and respectful to our property. All of them had such a good manners and would always get the door for me and let me know when I had a package on the front step. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family. We were new to the state and very hesitant of whom to go with, Now I can say with certainty that we made a great choice

Carolina Comfort Air replaced our old Lenox heat pump with a new Trane system. We could not be more satisfied with the whole experience with CCA.They were very professional, highly efficient, and courteous throughout the entire process. Jacob, our consultant is a star!! He explained everything clearly so that we able to make an informed decision. Our installers, Terry, and Kajoen, and our electrician, Ross were outstanding. They are true professionals, and it was clear throughout that they knew their stuff!! We highly recommend Carolina Comfort Air, great company, even greater people.

Ashton was great!!! He came out and was professional and felt very consultive. He told me “he loves it”, meaning his job. It’s a breathe of fresh air to hear that a technician loves their job and is very knowledgeable. I even had a zoom call at the time of service and he was so patient. Shot me straight about pricing and wasn’t pushy. Ashton is a great tech and highly recommended him to everyone.

These guys are literally the best. Woke up this morning to no heat in my house and my unit not responding to any thermostat calls for heat. I called the emergency number and thankfully, they were able to send Ramsey out to fix it and have my heat back up by early afternoon. Ramsey was great. Professional, respectful, and happily answered any questions I had while completing the job. The lady who answered my phone call to schedule was awesome as well. So sweet and helpful with getting a tech to come out, especially when the weather was calling for snow later that day. I wish I remembered her name, so that I can give her a shout out too.This is the 2nd time I've had to use emergency services during the winter, and both times, Carolina Comfort Air was able to send someone out the same day and
