They were unprepared to do the job in a reasonable time frame. The only reason that I called this company is because it was the company that the builder had used for the original install. The tech that was sent out was not able to assess the problem without being on the phone with someone to walk him through a basic assessment of the unit. He had been to our house once before and screwed the system up so bad that another tech had to come and repair the damage that he had caused. He quoted me $1800 for the compressor replacement, but then the office called and told me that it would be $2300. Very unprofessional and not prepared to do the job. I will not be calling Down East again.
