The technician, James Ross, was outstanding. He was reliable, knowledgeable and honest. I had been unable to regulate the temperature in my home since the HVAC system had been installed by another company. He listened to my concerns, found the problem and repaired it. I am so happy with TNT’s technician and service. You have grateful customer.

I am very impressed with their service and quick response. I called at 1:34 PM with a heating issue. Their tech called me a little after 4:00 the same day, and was at my house 15 minutes later. He identified the problem within just a few minutes, and by the top of the hour, everything was working as it should. The price wasn't bad either. In the spring, I will be booking them on a yearly service contract. The tech told me that TNT means Today, not tomorrow, and I believe it.

James Ross was outstanding. Very courteous, he not only serviced the equipment but installed a new thermostat for us when our old model crashed. he was very helpful, providing us with tips on how to help prevent mold accumulation. James is a good asset for a good company. I will request him for our next service.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! Very impressive from my first meeting with Jeremy to my installation with Curtis, Kevin and Evy and follow ups by the front office.
