Excellent! Very professional and very knowledgeable in their skilled trade. They did what other professionals could not accomplish. I texted them with a picture and description of my problem. I had a baby oil stain on my quite pricey Luonto brand king size custom fabric sofa. I told them that I had one company already come over to attempt cleaning but they were unable to remove the stain and Not Your Average Joe Cleaning told me that there is about a 70% chance that they will be able to help me due to the severity of the stain that I had.
