Had an issue with my mower suddenly not starting, after lending it out. I dropped it off with them while I was on vacation. When they called me back they said that it needed a new carburetor and it's not worth fixing. Took me an hour to tear down, clean, and reassemble. Fired up first pull. I feel they basically took my deposit and didn't even look or try to fix it. The owner Brad did personally call to rectify the issue, which I've never had done before.
Always a pleasure picking up chains for my Husqvarna chainsaws. Brad & Donnie are AWESOME!! Great Guys!!
To expense for service tuneup on a mower with parts supplied ($258). They didn't fix the steering wheel and had attitude when told about it. I was refund a half hour ($48) and told don't come back. They don't have to worry about me or any one i know go to them for a mower repair!
Great people to deal with with honest and fair prices.
The prices of spare parts here are much better than elsewhere.
