Carolina Pool Renovations

I cannot tell you how happy I am with my new pool. It is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Scott, Austin, Ginger, Peyton and team did an amazing job responding to my questions and ensuring I knew where things were going all along the way. They took their time to ensure proper curing and did not rush. Building a pool takes quite a bit of time, but several of my neighbors stopped by and commented that the site was incredibly clean and that they never felt burdened by the work on our very skinny street. One neighbor with a pool said that he was shocked at how little inconvenience he felt with this build because he his build was weeks of walking through mud. But probably the best part is that I got just what I wanted.

We were sort of reluctant renovators of our pool. A leak forced our hand. We met with several different contractors to evaluate our options in Austin and his incredible family-run business at CPR struck us as the best combination of quality experience and value. Like others who have mentioned how amazing the work done by CPR has been, we were thoroughly impressed. We use CPR for monthly pool cleaning and occasionally, I will frantically call them with maintenance questions or requests. They always do a great job cleaning the pool and even clean off the pool deck. We have had some pool emergencies and they also have always come through. Everyone that comes here is always polite and friendly and they do a great job of making sure our fence is locked so my dogs don't run away. Ginger and everyone at the office is always great to talk to and they are always very helpful. I have used other services in the 14 years that we have had a pool and this one is by far the best. They do what they say the will do and when. I highly recommend them!

CPR has consistently done an amazing job for us. We started with them on a resurfacing project and they did such a great job with maintenance after the project was complete, we kept them on for weekly servicing. When something needs to be fixed, they are patient in explaining it and even show me how to do it myself if I want to in the future.
