I was a little nervous as I found exactly what I needed online but knew I had to drive over an hour to get there and hope it was in good condition, reached out and was immediately responded too with all questions answered. Walked in the store and was immediately greeted by Kaitlyn who was extremely helpful. Wrapped up the toilet (that was in great condition. I was there for while I looked around in their very organized store. Prices were great, customer service was great and their products are extremely nice.

Great communication! I had multiple questions about an item I was interested in before I wanted to drive up to Shelby. Katlyn was terrific—very responsive and helpful. Pick-up was a breeze—they have the right equipment to load which made it so easy!

Found this store by responding to a Facebook ad & they are amazing! They have what you need when you need it & at a big discount. The best part though is actually the concierge-level service by Tammy Jo. She escorted me to what I was looking for, loaded it on my cart and then took it outside for me & loaded up my car. With her cheerful smile brightening my day and her contact info in my phone, I left feeling like I have a new partner in my flipping business. She is even proactively looking for the shower kit I need now across their other stores in the region. SO impressive!! Thanks Tammy Jo!

Tammy at the Shelby store is AWESOME! Her knowledge of the products, attention to detail and patience made remodeling my bathrooms a pleasant experience. Can’t wait to start on my next project with her!!!
