We engaged Carolina Services Grounds Division following unsatisfactory service from another provider. Our irrigation system was in poor condition, the grass was struggling and overgrown with weeds, and communication with the previous landscaping company was lacking. We were quite concerned about the state of the property, and the previous vendor's approach made us feel as though additional costs were unavoidable or that we had to accept subpar customer service. Kevin Smith and Paul Smith from Carolina Services Grounds Division visited the property and met with the property manager and myself to discuss existing issues, upcoming projects, and ongoing maintenance.
