We got the truss installed ourselves with surprisingly no hiccups. The Carolina Timberworks driver was a huge help unloading and positioning the truss for the lift a few days later. Thank you and great job! We had a great time working with you and your team! I think the whole process dragged on a bit mostly on account of me trying to figure out how to get this designed to fit the space, without any experience in tackling something like this! I was impressed throughout the process with the feeling that I was being cared for by each member of Carolina Timberworks I interacted with. The product speaks for itself! My husband purchased our pavilion kit from a vendor and was told that any general contractor could put it up for us. It was stored for almost two years in our shop while my husband called contractors with no luck. Finally, I went online and did some digging and a couple of prospects came up, including Carolina Timberworks. We called both, one wouldn't install it because we didn't purchase the kit from them. Carolina Timberworks said "that's what we do, we can probably do yours". That's when it started, such a positive experience from the first point of contact and all the way through the project. The trip to visit the Carolina Timberworks Shop was the highlight of our project thus far! We were simply blown away by the whole experience. Even just driving to your beautiful shop through the gorgeous mountain environment with the leaves changing and stunning vistas around every corner! Driving up to the shop for the first time, quite impressive, understated and perfectly done to create the right environment exuding the extraordinary craftsmanship inside. First impressions: Safe, Clean, Orderly and filled with incredibly focused craftsmen working busily inside and out shaping our beautiful South Carolina Southern Yellow Pine Beams, custom cut from trees on our land, Bailey Mill Plantation, years before.
