Tommy and his crew were excellent. They gave really good advice on the best way to approach the work I needed done on my property. All of the guys were friendly and worked really hard. Highly recommend.

We called them after a lightning strike to (2) 80 foot pine trees that were endangering our house. Tommy called me back and came out the same day to evaluate what it would require to safely remove the trees. Tommy evaluated the situation and quoted a more than fair price for what work they needed to do. They confirmed that they would be out the next day to start the work. They showed up on time and they brought plenty of help and equipment to complete the task. Tommy kept us well informed during the scope of the work and his crew was very professional with a strong work ethic. They stayed at the job until it was completed, they hauled away everything and did an amazing job in the cleanup. Tommy and his crew bent over backwards to help us out after a big storm. We had gotten other estimates but the other company could not produce proof of adequate insurance. Northwest easily provided this documentation. Their communication and clean up were wonderful. We are a repeat customer and will get his company back out for other work. He is an honest guy and his crew were down to earth, hard workers.

In addition to improving my view exponentially, Tommy's vision gave me a natural look (not a shaved down) look while protecting my privacy from the neighboring house. They were very neat and were very particular about protecting my landscaping and the surrounding property as they worked on very steep terrain. Outstanding service. We highly recommend this company for any of your tree and lawn care needs. Impressive professionals, affordable, environmentally sensitive and experts in their business. "Buckshot" came to the house and quoted a price on oak tree limbs hanging over the roof that required a tree climber. We were so impressed with the price and results of that job, we had him and his crew come back with a bucket to fell a dead tree and clear our lot. We could not be more impressed or happier with the timeliness, quality of their work and the clean-up. As an added bonus they support military discounts; so on top of the very reasonable price, Thomas (the owner) gave us a nice military discount. This is a great crew and an outstanding company.
