Carpet City Flooring Center Eagle River

We have used Carpet City several times to purchase LVP Flooring and tile. Our last project was a big one that included redoing our entire house with LVP flooring material. I worked with Doug Stearns, and he was exceptionally helpful in many ways. The initial LVP material that I selected did not blend well with our new kitchen cabinets the way I had hoped (my bad). Fortunately, Doug was able to change out material 10 days before the installation and get the project done within our remodel schedule. The installation was flawless and the installer that Doug assigned to this project was amazing and got the project done in one day. Broke thresholds and told me it's my responsibility to replace. Carpet was cut 2ft short. Told them they needed to reorder. They came back the next day with the carpet seamed. I was not happy. Also left a mess and tore up carpet on my steps and left the tacks exposed while I was away with pets in the house. There were gates that could of been shut to prevent a injury. Comments from installers about how cleaning up was extra charge.

They installed all the flooring in my new house. Many installation defects and now quality defects with the laminate flooring. There willingnesses to correct any of my issues has been all but nonexistent. EXTREMELY poor after sale follow-up and service!!!

The men arrived on time, were friendly and finished the carpet install within the time they said they would. The men also vacuumed and cleaned up after themselves. We had wonderful experience working with Carpet City in Eagle River👍

My salesperson, Lisa, was extremely helpful and professional. Selection was really easy as the store had so much to choose from. Installation was quick and excellently done. Lisa followed up in a timely manner to ensure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this business and, of course, Lisa!!
