We were on a tight remodel timeline and needed a hard-to-find carpet that matched the rest of our home. Kevin not only tracked it down, he treated the project like it was his own—driving out twice to confirm measurements (we made changes in the middle of the process) and orchestrating installation around a hectic construction schedule. His crew arrived exactly when promised, finished every room in a single day, and the result is flawless. In a world where customer service often feels robotic, Kevin’s attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. If you need new flooring and want to work with someone who still believes in old-school service, I would whole heartedly recommend Carpet Exchange and specifically Kevin. Highly recommended!

New review: After waiting weeks and with lots of excuses and even charging us a service charge for changing our order, which we never did, we finally canceled our order because it never arrived. Too bad. It was nice looking. Go somewhere else for better service. Great service and good people with a super selection of carpets and rug They are able to serge together interesting shapes of rugs together. We need a ‘L’ and this is the only shop that can do it.

This is a huge place, it looks great and feels spacious. There were a few salesmen that roamed the floor and one asked if I needed help. He cracked a joke to make me feel at ease. I did compare to their more widely available competitors that are in our neighborhoods but I took some pics of prices that I want to compare. Since all they do is carpets, I'm hoping they have good prices and deals.

Great Prices and Experience. After a couple trips trying to decide want we wanted. We ended up getting new carpet and wood flooring. Clif and Clyde were a great help to us and answered all the questions we had. Their installers did a great job and had very little waste. So the measurements were perfect and everything was installed quickly and professionally.
