I have been using Carpet Fair for over 20 years and the quality of service and installation is second to none. I had a situation where I had LVP installed in a major portion of a clients house, and then I renovated another section of the house about 9 months later and the client wanted to continue the same flooring into the project. However that same flooring wasn’t available so Melinda went searching high and low and found another manufacturer that was able to match the color and width. Needless to say my client was ecstatic and so satisfied. I would recommend Carpet Fair every time!!!

Melinda provided extraordinary customer service and she even recommended a fabulous real estate agent to me who sold my condo unit above asking price during a pandemic. The feedback from all of the showings was how gorgeous the floors are. I would highly recommend her and would give her 10 stars if I could. I will absolutely use them again in the future and will refer all my friends and family.
