Charm City Movers

Mani, Feth and Mike were calm and efficient moving my very oversized couch up 2 flights of narrow staircases. They were prepared to hoist to a third story balcony if needed, but were able to smoothly move it in without needing to do so. Chris coordinated the scheduling, he was communicative and clear, making the whole process super easy.

I had a wonderful experience with Moses and his team at Charm City Movers. From start to finish, they provided a quick, friendly, and cost-friendly moving service. Every member of the team was incredibly courteous and worked extremely hard to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everyone moved efficiently without sacrificing care, and their kindness made what could have been a difficult day remarkably easy.

I do feel as though it was a bit expensive for what I needed. I know someone used them and had wayyyyyyyyyy more items than me with disassemble and reassemble and his cost was not too much more than what I paid. But the movers were great, problem solved, seem experienced and got straight to work! My only qualm came when it was time for payment. The man collecting the payment was rude! I was unaware they did not have Apple Pay or any other methods of collecting payment and I didn’t have my physical cards on me. It took just a couple minutes to settle the issue and I know the movers had a schedule but it was off putting.

We used Charm City Movers for our move today. From dealing with Chris and Andrew behind the scenes on the quote and our moving day crew, we couldn’t be happier with the decision we made for a moving company. The crew was outta this world-so kind, enjoyable, wrangled my cat (lol), quick & efficient and made our moving experience a pleasant one. I will recommend them over and over and over again. Thanks for a super great experience ^_^

Amazing customer service, efficient, respectful, and helpful. They have made a repeat customer out of me! Our tv mount guy canceled last minute they were able to dismount the tv and move them! Save my family and I time and the hassle.
