It's a pleasure working alongside this company. We have a 30-Unit Apartment Buildings, so every now and then one of our tenants will need someone to come for their A/C/Heat issue. Representatives are great and communicative. And techs out on the field such as "Andre Bisch" did a fantastic job in helping out our tenant with her A/C/Heat issue. Our tenant commented that Andre was on time, communicative, and took care of her problem that same day. She said he did an excellent job and would love for us to hire King's Mechanical Inc again.

Shardaye was very flexible and worked with me to schedule a time for the repair. She also answered all of my questions (I had many). Andre did a great job figuring out what the issue was and with the repair ... I appreciate them both!

I highly recommend this company for home services. Due to breakdown of my HVAC, I called several companies for emergency service, but King Mechanical was the 1st to call me back within minutes. Shaday was very helpful & knowlegable. Promised to call me back after speaking to tech & she did. Was able to secure an appt on next business day. The tech, Andre B. arrived on-time and went to work. Made diagnostic in timely manner. Was back the next morning with parts needed & was able to fix my HVAC ASAP. Thank you for a job well done. I will definitely use there services again. If I could give 10 stars I would.
