I cannot say enough about my wonderful experience w/ Frosty. The reception/service staff (Lauren/Vicki) was absolutely lovely to deal with from the very beginning to get our service scheduled. The technician, Jake, was fantastic. He was extremely professional and was willing to teach me some basics regarding maintenance for our system, including required filter size. He was meticulously thorough and was even here late on a holiday season Friday. He also returned promptly the following Monday morning for a completely separate issue. I have a PTAC wall unit which broke at the end of last summer and I was having so much trouble finding anyone to help me with this type of AC until I was referred to Frosty. Great service! Our technician, Terry, was very professional and helpful. Diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to fix it in no time (even gave me tips to help run our HVAC more efficiently).
