Excellent professional service from start to finish on completing a carpet installation for stairs and 3 bedrooms in my Melbourne Beach townhome. Justin the sales consultant was knowledgeable and professional. Chris the installer was skilled, time efficient and such a hard worker! Stairs are labor intensive and they look perfect! The place looks amazing! Kudos to all!

Run, do not walk, away from this flooring retailer! After purchasing the vinyl planks and subfloor they recommended, we relied on them them to install the flooring throughout our home and when the vinyl planks began to separate and splinter after 18 months, Carpet Fashions dodged any and all responsibility and blamed the manufacturer (who blamed the installers) and even told us we were at fault for cleaning the product once a month with water-based cleaner. The rep (Tanner) and the owner came to our home and promised they would "make things right" but then completely reneged and sent us a letter denying any future assistance.

They are so nice there and even discounted my tile. It was an absolute pleasure doing business here. 2 thumbs 👍 up

Great experience.. Worked with Justin he was informative and very helpful..I also had specific questions about installation of vinyl plank flooring he provided detailed answers and helpful info.. I decided to install this product myself must say came out beautiful.. Wife is happy also.. Ask for Justin he works Monday thru Friday tell him George sent ya..

We had 2 poorly colored carpets delivered. The installer took them away. We expected to be treated harshly at the dealer. However, upon arrival they apologized for any inconvenience and offered to solve our problem in whichever way felt best to us. Great customer service and fair prices. I wish I had a bigger house because I would buy more stuff from these guys. They do have beautiful tile too. Thank you Desha and crew. Enjoy, Gill
