We have wanted to install a stairway runner for years, and the skilled craftsfolk at Carpet Galleria not only appreciated our vision they brought it to fruition beautifully. Judi, who oversaw our project, was wonderful to work with always promptly responding to calls or emails and following up with the manufacturer through delivery delays. Doug took precision measurements at our home, then masterfully matched and cut the 45* angles on the landing in this complex runner with a 5-foot repeat pattern. Upon delivery, Marc and his assistant worked steadily through the day installing the runner as well as our antique runner clips and thoroughly cleaning up at completion. Carpet Galleria was not my first stop when looking for tile but it became my final stop as I received amazing customer service, had many options to choose from and ultimately received an excellent product. Staff went above and beyond to meet my stringent timelines and treated my small purchase as if it were a large sale with their time and attention. I enjoyed the pleasant showroom: it was organized and easy to peruse. I’ll be back for future projects.

I came in looking for an area rug. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The selection of rugs was very impressive, and they helped me find the perfect piece for my living room! I also noticed the large selection of flooring samples available for more large scale projects. After dealing with such a knowledgeable and professional staff, and seeing the large offering of flooring potentials, this will be my first stop when it comes time to do renovations this Spring.
