Carpet Garage Flooring Center, Billings MT

I purchased a house-worth of LVP and carpet here and have not had a satisfactory experience. The sales process was great and the pricing was competitive but the after-sale support is non-existent. After only a few years, the joints on the LVP have failed and are coming apart as shown in the photos. I reached out to the flooring manufacturer, who told me to contact the store. After sending photos to the store manager, he told me he would investigate and get back to me. That was in 2022. I followed up twice in 2023 and was never responded to. I finally decided that I would try to order replacement pieces and make repairs but when I tried to do that, the manufacturer told me that they had changed the locking mechanism and that it was not compatible with my "old version."

At Carpet Garage, they walked me through every step. They were very patient with me. I got a great price and wonderful suggestions. They answered all my questions. Their suggestions on contractors were great. If I have any more flooring needs I am heading back to Carpet Garage. They were wonderful.
