Kathy at Carpet King was wonderful to work with throughout our carpet selection and installation process. She was incredibly patient, super helpful, and worked with us over multiple weeks to make sure we got the best carpet design and received the best possible deal. Her frequent communication for estimates, availability and scheduling made the entire process smooth and stress free.

This is our third time working with Carpet King & specifically with Kathy Neal; in the last three years. The first time was for flooring for a bedroom & a bathroom in our lower level. The second was for carpet for our sunroom. The most recent was for a tile backsplash in our kitchen. Each transaction was a great experience. For help with the choice of flooring and tiles we needed and with consideration for our budget Kathy was an absolute wonder. The installation personnel were also very professional and did outstanding work. All in all we are so very thankful for the outstanding selection of materials, reasonable costs and friendly people at Carpet King.
