We had almost the whole upstairs carpeted. The crew was fantastic and Alex and Tammy were very helpful in measuring and assisting with choices. We will be using them again for the basement without a doubt.

We visited this store twice looking at the "cash and carry" selection they had. The same employee worked with us both times--the first time she was rather pushy, just assuming we were buying one that day. She went as far as putting a rug on hold for us, which she made seem like a favor some we didn't put a down payment on it (which we hadn't because we hadn't decided if we wanted it), and asking when we'd be in to pick it up. The next time we went to the store, no one feed us at the door, which we were actually relieved about because of the bad experience last time. We just wanted to check out the rug we had like...
