Great people to work with on pricing. They were 150.00 out of my budget. I spoke with a Dan and 15 minutes later received the new quote and it was a little below my budget. That was great. Thank you so much Dan. Now the best part 3 fellows showed up on time to the minute. Got out introduced their selves as Monroe, Edgar and Emanuel ( God with us ) came in a went to work non stop until 1:30 p.m. they were all so professional, knew what they were doing and so courteous. I’m beyond pleased with our experience with Carpet One and their installation team. Selecting a sample couldn’t have been easier. Devin was super helpful in the showroom and communicated frequently throughout the buying, shipping and installation process. She even stopped by during installation to check progress and see how we liked the new floors. Between their showroom, take home flooring samples, and online digital room visualizer we were able to find the PERFECT floors for our home. It took about 6 weeks from the time we selected flooring to when we got the installation started which is about what we’d expect for a project as big as ours. I am absolutely in LOVE with my new kitchen. Hannah has been such a joy to work with bouncing ideas around. I highly recommend her expertise. Everyone I worked with from cabinets, countertops and flooring has been a so nice and not once did I feel any pressure!! Highly recommend!!

A very regrettable choice for a 13K flooring project. We intentionally chose a local company vs the national chain stores for several reasons including supporting local businesses, more personal attention and service after the sale etc. What we received was far from professional and any of the items I listed above. I could write a short novel on the subject and you can read on after this paragraph for complete details but unless you are interested in handholding and constant supervision and managing your own project you have paid someone else very well for, I suggest looking elsewhere. Angel Hyler did a fantastic job helping us choose the carpet we needed for bedrooms and a staircase. She knew the inventory and was instrumental in getting it installed quickly. I will use Carpet One in the future.
