Great experience with Chad from CWS! I had needed his services various times and each time he’s been very professional, educational and knowledgeable to repair all my Well drama. By well drama, I truly mean well drama going on in my hodgepodge “engineered” cottage up a mountain. I’m thankful for their honesty and dedication to quality service.

I was having issues with my well, and CSI system, and both were assessed and tended to, professionally and in a timely manner. Knowledgable and thorough support is worth everything...so is clean, clear water. Case is the best, no doubt!

Case water systems is fantastic to work with. They replaced my well pump at the best price I recieved through several quotes. They were responsive to my calls and texts. They answered all my questions, it was clearly they are very good and educated at their work. On top of that they treated my water with my install at additional cost and I couldnt be happier with the service and results.

I had a Well, Emergency I called them. They came within two hours well worth the emergency fee. They fixed it and they were on their way in less than an hour. The two gentlemen were great. They were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and I would use them again if I had to. I highly recommend them . Five stars.
