The technician went above and beyond our expectations. He took panels off our unit and cleaned and inspected components that the Thompson guys never even glanced at. He was more thorough than anyone could potentially even pretend to be. His work was fantastic and Greg is an extremely good person. So glad we connected with Mike's Heating and Cooling to take care of our equipment! The office staff was also very friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Forest referred us to Alpha Electric, and they did a perfect electrical upgrade for the new mini split. When everything was finished Forest took me through steps to work the new units. Once again, Mike's Heating and Cooling came to the rescue and saved the day. Thermostat stopped working while we were out of town for the holidays right when temps were dropping into the teens. Mike's responded immediately and had us on the schedule for first thing next morning. Craig came out and very quickly identified and resolved the issue, and explained the cause. Satisfied after checking the system for any other concerns, Craig assured us before leaving that everything was locked back up and secured and lights off. When you do have to leave your home unattended, especially in winter, there's a certain peace of mind when you know they have your back. Without a doubt, their expertise is impeccable and I can wholeheartedly recommend them as caring, professional, thorough and efficient.

We have used Mikes heating & AC for over 5 years and they have always provided top notch, fair and courteous service. In the past 2 years we've had sitton the weekends where we needed service and they've always responded quickly and taken care of the issue without any hesitation. David came out this afternoon as I thought I had a problem with my ac unit leaking into my hallway causing my wood floors to become wet. David was here close to three hours and he definitely did his due diligence. Everything is working great with the unit, he even went up in the attic and checked, even went underneath the house and checked, and there are no issues. No leaks under the house. Nothing that would be causing water to form underneath my hardwood floors. David is going to speak to his supervisor first thing Friday morning and he will call me and let me know if he has any ideas. We are both just baffled !! Let me also say this about David.
