Carpet One Floor & Home

I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer McEwan at Carpet One. She bent over backwards to make this as easy as possible for me. She brought linoleum samples to my home & even showed me what they would look like in my home. Then when Andy & Dan came to install it they were so friendly and professional. They did such a nice job. I’m so happy with my new flooring and would highly recommend Carpet One and their installers to anyone who asks me where to go for flooring. Thank you Jennifer for all your help through this process. By the time they are all done you feel like you’ve gained some new friends.

We just got our new carpet from Carpet One and I highly recommend them. We were overwhelmed by all the options, but Jennifer McEwan helped us find an amazing carpet. She followed-up consistently and kept reminding me to move forward with the project which really helped me get it done. Jennifer narrowed us down to our 2 top choices. We chose Soliloquy which was almost twice as expensive. I couldn't imagine how much better it could be for that much more money, but it is the best carpet I've ever felt. If you're considering a high-end carpet, do it - it's worth it. Jennifer measured our space the day after we went to the store and offered to get it installed a week later (but we couldn't do that with our schedule). We went into Carpet One and were met by Jennifer McEwen. We were looking to replace our 18 year old flooring. Jennifer made many visits to our home to help us make a decision. We originally thought we were going to replace both tile and carpet. After researching all the pluses and minuses of replacing both, we decided to just replace the carpet. Jennifer helped us by taking measurements and showing us different carpet samples. She lined us up with Luis to lay the carpet. He did a great job. We are very happy with the outcome of this project and thank Jennifer and Luis very much
