From the moment I stepped into Okoboji Mattress, I liked the style of customer service provided. Jim asked a few questions to get the feel of what I was looking for.. gave me some options and things to think about and then let me try the different mattresses and gave me as much time as needed. I came back several times and he helped me with a selection that worked for my hip problems and also worked on the bed base I already had. Jim and Okoboji Mattress absolutely deserves the highest rating and five stars as they go above and beyond what you normally find today. I highly recommend them for their customer service, for a great showroom, and the expertise you need in finding a good bed. Thank You
