Honest and prompt service during the cold winter days after our heat stopped working. Another contractor recommended replacing the entire system, but Braden was able to make the necessary repairs and get the furnace working properly. Braden was great to work with—knowledgeable, straightforward, and efficient. They will be my first call for any future needs.

Our furnace wasn't turning on and was getting quite chilly in the house. Called Lakes Plumbing Heating and Cooling and they did not disappoint. The receptionist was very friendly and did a great job communicating with us and getting things scheduled same day. The tech, Justin called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. He figured out the problem pretty quickly and even showed us what the problem was. He cleaned everything, tested it and even helped fix the humidifier while he was here. Very impressed with how he went over and above to make sure we got up and going quickly and even checked and adjusted the gas flow coming in as it was too high! Ultimately saved us from carbon monoxide! Great people who care.

James was great! We had trouble with our heating system and he got the necessary parts and replaced them right away. He took the time to explain our system as we had just moved in to our house. He even explained the fireplace. Amazing service. Will use again!

I have always received excellent service from Lakes Plumbing and Heating. Kerri in the office is great. This time she was able to get me same day service. The technician who came, Tyler, was professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my issue quickly and offered me advice on how to prevent the problem from coming back. Tyler was friendly ( even with my dog). I appreciate the service and support I have gotten over the years. I can highly recommend this company!

I encountered a problem when replacing the head in the master bathroom. Called Lakes on the Friday afternoon after New Years. They were out 2 hours later and replaced the flange and had us up and running!! Very nice guys too.
