Carpet One Floor & Home

We don't usually leave reviews but we had a fantastic experience at Carpet One and highly recommend giving them your business - and particularly working with James Allbee if you can! We bought a home with beautiful hardwood floor in the kitchen, dining room, and entryway. The rest of the open concept upstairs was a worn and rather unpleasant smelling carpet. We wanted to replace the carpet with another hard surface rather than a new carpet. The first flooring person we went to said it was impossible to meet the two hard surfaces without it looking bad and insisted on ripping up the beautiful hardwood and replacing the entire floor and carpet with luxury laminate. Our Carpet One experience was wonderful. Jeff was friendly & very easy to work with. He listened to what we were looking for in carpet and provided excellent recommendations. He followed up and communicated often during the process. Chris Whitney and his son did an excellent job in removing our old carpet and installing the new carpet. As you can see by the photos, the seams were perfect as well as the stairs. We are very pleased & would highly recommend Carpet One.

Carpet One provided us an amazing experience. The city's main sewer line backed up into our finished basement and caused extensive damage. Jeff Moorman provided the help and excellent customer service we were looking for. We were struggling to get contractors to call us back or show up to provide a quote. Jeff provided a seamless process for selecting carpet and tile. He also connected us with a trim carpenter (Antonio & Crew) which helped us keep the process moving so carpet could be installed. Beau installed the tile, fit us in to his busy schedule and did a great job. Wilmer & Crew installed the carpet on Mother's Day, what a fantastic gift to have our basement mostly back. We highly recommend the team at Carpet One and the great contractors they connected us with.
