UPDATE: I just had new kitchen/dining room floor tiles put in yesterday. I am beyond words about how it looks and now I feel like it’s a new home! Tim was professional and a perfectionist about the installation which made me very happy. I want to also shout out to Guy and Kelly and thank them from the bottom of my heart for all their help and guidance during this process. You both made this a fantastic experience. ❤️ Carpet One, you will forever have my loyalty, never had an issue with all the work you’ve done previously in both sides of my duplex and yesterday was just stellar, once again, in my book. Keep up the great work! I would highly recommend you to anyone who wants high quality work done with phenomenal customer service.

I just had carpet installed in two bedrooms. Kelly worked with us on price & never tried to upsell, she really listened to our needs. Nick came over right away to confirm measurements and was able to schedule our installation with short notice because we were in a time crunch. The installation was great, it turned out beautifully. Great job Carpet One, thank you so much! I highly recommend!

We built a house last year. Not sure of what I wanted for flooring or color. I only brought a granite sample in. Guy asked some questions and picked beautiful carpet and lvp floor out. So nice I didn't even look for others. Everything turned out wonderfully. We get a lot of compliments. The shower that Patchouli designed is absolutely wonderful. It looks like it should be at a spa. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone!

Guy and his team were recommended to me by a friend and I'm glad I came to Carpet One. Guy is very knowledgeable about floors and was patient with me as I described what I was looking for...he helped guide me through the process of picking out new kitchen floors. Tim, who installed my floors, worked carefully efficiently. My new floors look great. Highly recommend!

We have nothing but good to say about our experience with Carpet One! We recently built a home and purchased all our flooring there which included hardwood, luxury vinyl, tile and carpet. Guy and his staff were helpful and supportive thru the entire process, including helping us make the right choices for our lifestyle.
