Cathy and the guys at Carpet Outlet are great! We highly recommend them. They had the best price so we were wondering if their service was suspect. It wasn't! We had great service with both the hardwood floor refinish and the carpet installation. I wouldn't go anywhere else for carpet or hardwood refinishing! Their guys came out and did a fantastic job. They removed the stair case and hallway carpet, installed hardwood and made it look beautiful. Installed black iron railings in place of the old wood ones and it looks like it was original. I would gladly refer them to my own customers. They left no mess, very professional and friendly. Definitely a 5 star company. Thank you Carpet Outlet.

Had a great experience here! Cathy was awesome and had great communication and was a “go-getter!” (Sort of) had a deadline to meet and I was completely understandable if the carpet didn’t arrive on time etc, but I was so happy that the carpet arrived on time and was able to be installed before we had furniture delivered. Granted, that may not happen in every situation, but was really pleased with Cathy and the installers did a great job! Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

We had carpet installed in the primary bedroom before we moved in. After installation, we were concerned about the thresholds to the adjoining rooms but they followed up and performed repairs. Very satisfied with their work

No one showed up for my in house estimate that I had to leave early from work for. No one even bothered to call to explain why or to reschedule. Done with this place
