I’m so disappointed as I heard they do really good job and also from all the positive reviews!! And hate to do this!!!!!! But man I’m so disappointed, when I called I specifically said my carpet is not dirty I have lots of pet hair and need that to be taken care of!!!! And they said that’s our job!!!!! But did not clean it I had to do it myself with a tool from the store just a basic tool because even with my hand I could pick up hair still after they came and “cleaned it “ I had a three bedroom, one master bedroom is really big with walking closet !! And plus a big living room!! They spent around 40 minutes here and left , I wasn’t here to see what they did!! I also tried calling them before putting a review here but no answer !!

I had them out today to clean my carpet and love seat. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Everything looks amazing. Thank you!

Did not need to schedule weeks in advance. They got me right in. My son got sick all over the carpet (light colored carpet). The very visible stains are completely gone and no stinky smells. They have also cleaned our car (floors, floor mats, and seat belt straps). We had our sump pump break and had moisture/water coming up through the floors. They helped get it cleaned up and we used their very powerful fans to completely dry everything out.

You won't find a better carpet cleaning company. They have the highest powered equipment in Central Iowa. There's not much the cant get out of carpets and upholstery, I highly recommend Carpet Pro!
