As a designer in Southwest Florida, Carpet Source is the absolute best rug source for the trade. The concierge experience they create for our firm is second to none. Amanda Kammer is the most personable representative. She truly cares, and it shows. Her customer service is impeccable.

They have good selection of hardwood floors and their price is really good. Elvis is great. He even brought samples to our house. Customer service is top notch and the other employees at the store are very welcoming too. We ended up hiring someone else to do the job because I am a micro manager freak. Long story short, we really wish we had Carpet Source do the work instead. They didn't get my business this time but they will the next time around.

I work with Armstrong's restoration on their reconstruction team and we had recently used carpet source to supply and install carpeting for one of our jobs.
