I strongly recommend Raul and his team!! We contacted them to inquire about carpet cleaning and stretching!! From the first minute we met Raul, he was very personable, professional, knowledgeable and helpful!! Him and his team came today and started and finished all our carpeted areas. A few rooms needed serious carpet stretching which he shared may be under warrantee. After meeting Raul we trusted him and his expertise and didn’t even bother to try to reach out the original installer. Raul and his team moved and necessary furniture (with all precautions to protect home and furniture). I wish all movers were as careful as Carpet wise as we have many dents from furniture deliveries etc. Raul and his team also rotated a large carpet in our family room that we couldn’t move due to weight

Victor answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease that this was the place to go with. He was very thorough and you could tell he really knew the business. Thrilled with the service they provided. Had them clean and repair carpet in my parent’s house that I was preparing to sell. Found their communication, responsiveness, and punctuality to be excellent. The carpet had multiple rooms that needed to not only be cleaned, but also stretched as well as a basement that had a pool table and an area where the carpet had a hole in it. We were very please with the professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of cleaning that the gentlemen at Carpet Wiser provided. When arriving, we reviewed the work that was to be performed. Then the crew assembled a temporary magnetic door to go over my front door opening to allow them to run their hoses inside of the house, while retaining the ventilation within the house. They put corner protectors around all of the corners in the house where their hoses have the chance of contacting the drywall. Part of the job included cleaning our furniture. They went above and beyond by removing loose fibers and placed fans on the furniture to allow us to utilize it as soon as they were complete with the job. The carpet came out fantastic.
