Had an emergency with my Nema 14-50 electric car charging outlet that suddenly stopped working. I called Elgin Electrician along with calling other electricians nearby, and Tom from Elgin Electrician picked up quickly and booked me an appointment for the next day. All other servicers did not easily provide availability, and wanted me to do a couple of extra things like send an email or fill out a form before they get back to me.
