I just want to say that Valor Chimney Services is a truly top-notch organization. Absolutely thorough, incredibly courteous, and professional from start to finish. Brayan and the team were fantastic — they explained everything clearly and even walked me through numerous photos so I could see exactly what they were addressing. Even the scheduling experience was easy and friendly. Just a great group of people who take pride in their work. I highly recommend Valor Chimney Services. The team came out and gave a estimate - giving a couple of options from a short term fix to a long term solution. They were communicative and explained everything in detail each step of the way. The team that came to do the install were polite and did their work in a timely manner. They showed pictures of the before and after and made me feel comfortable the work requested was performed to the letter of the contract. Great business to work with and I highly recommend.

Valor Chimney did an awesome job on our fireplace repair. The communication, both verbally and digitally, were exceptional. They took the time to explain the issue and what was needed for the repair. They were able to get the needed part and do the repair within two days, and arrived ahead of their scheduled time. While here they were friendly, polite, and respectful, making sure they kept our home clean. They were truly a pleasure to work with, and would recommend Valor to anyone.

I hired Valor for a fireplace inspection and cleaning and a clothes dryer duct inspection & cleaning. Brian and Frank called to let me know when they were on their way. They arrived well within the quoted service time window. They showed ID, were friendly and professional. Brian was very good at explaining their progress and letting me know what they were doing every step of the way. They were very tidy, & put everything they moved back in order. David and his team have been great to work with. They are responsive, thorough, and provided photos, explanations and full details for us to make an informed decision before having work completed on our chimney. There was some significant damage they uncovered and were able to repair quickly. The construction team were courteous and respectful of our property, and very communicative on what the ye found/their progress, etc. It’s truly remarkable when you work with a company / contractor who really listens, takes time to explain, and isn’t pushy. Great overall experience!
