We have put off getting our floors done because we thought the process seemed overwhelming. After reading reviews of multiple floor installation businesses we decided to stop at Carpet World and talk to someone. This is when we met Mike and knew we were at the right place. His years of experience were evident as he explained every bit of the process and gave us recommendations on what types of flooring would be best for our home. The crew came out and installed both the laminate and carpet on the same day. The installation turned out so good! We are very happy with our choice and will definitely be using Carpet World again in the future for the remaining areas we want to have updated.

Mike was so phenomenal and easy to work with. He came over a couple different times so I could pick out the right wood for my house. He was so patient. Lalo and his team that did the hardwood flooring was so phenomenal! If there where any little changes I needed he was on it instantly. Our house looks like 1 million bucks from the craftsmanship. I have a 4400 square-foot home re-redid every square inch of our home and it only took the carpet team and hardwood team three days to completely do our home. They leave your home. Dust free they vacuum they clean they put your furniture back where it was.
