Great family owned business. One of the easiest most comfortable purchases I have made!

I got my carpets installed some 10+ years ago and had a great experience, so I recommended to my mom when she wanted some area rugs installed. There was a minor issue with one of the area rugs, she got on the phone, and they sent someone over to pick the rug up, fixed it, and delivered it back, all within a few hours. She couldn't believe how speedy and friendly the service was.

Through Costco my husband and I found Carpet Your World. We set-up an appointment with Neil!!! He was kind, friendly, considerate & knowledgeable. I was super anxious and put him through a lot in just trying to find the right flooring for us. Neil sent sample after sample never becoming annoyed with me. He took his time with me until I found the right flooring. He checked on us a few days before the work was done, while the work was being done and after the completion of the job. He was phenomenal! I found him to be diligent and patient. He always returned our calls and/or responded to our text. John was our installer. He was very nice, considerate, hardworking & professional.
