Global came to our home back in June of this year when we had flood damage in our basement. We called and within 20mins Ken was at our door and in the basement to inspect the damage and help us with the next steps. Within the hour they started demoing the basement and cleaning up the damage. Ken explained the whole process with the homeowners insurance which was absolutely wonderful because the insurance company wouldn’t explain anything in detail. Ken had wonderful patience because our insurance company was absolutely horrible with communication and everything else you can think of. Our basement is now back together and it’s all because of Ken and his wonderful staff at global. Now our basement is our 4 year olds favorite hangout.
