Joe was nothing but professional about fixing our chimney. We needed a new liner for our furnace exhaust as well as a new flue for our fireplace. After consulting with several other companies we decided to use Pro-Tech. They offered a fair price for the work, Joe was honest about his approach and laid out all the possibilities as to the job. The day we scheduled to have the work done was cold and very windy. I was a little concerned that they would have to postpone due to safety. However Joe and Pat showed up right on time and completed the work without issue in less than 90 minutes. They worked cleanly and efficiently.
