Overall very poor experience. Annette provided a quote for plank flooring and carpet replacement. The details and dates changed a couple of times and the workmanship was very poor. Was initially told a 10% downpayment was needed and 14 day turnaround time for payments would be OK. Once the scope was agreed she changed it to demand 50% down and we paid, instead of argued. I was told certain dates to complete and that was missed by a few days. However, the most alarming part of the experience was how I found the jobsite after their installers left. They actively damaged multiple pieces of baseboard, failed to reinstall all baseboard, did not re-caulk, and they did not clean up. They did not even sweep up after themselves. After getting quotes on the carpet we wanted, it seemed like more expenses kept getting piled on and trying to find a better price online, the shipping would have negated the better pricing. Carpeteria matched the price that others in town simply would or could not and saved me a bunch of money. Very happy to work with them and thank you to your whole team for helping me get this job done without breaking the bank. Much appreciated.

I am SO disappointed in this place. We had a great customer t experience until after the carpet was installed. Our carpet is less than a year old and is "bubbling" and loose in many places and when we called to have them come fix it, PER THEIR WARRANTY; they never called or made an appointment with me to come back, I called 5 different times and each time got "Oh okay, I'll have the installers call to schedule you..." Never happened. So disappointed because the gentleman who helped us pick out and purchased the carpet was so nice but I have not been able to even speak to him since either. I wouldn't recommend getting your carpet installed through them at ALL.

The worst install ever. First off they were an hour and a half late. Then they brought wrong parts so they had to go get correct parts. There are parts that arnt even glued down and a bunch of carpet patches that are clearly visible. Instead of tucking carpet on the edge near wall they just glued carpet up the wall instead. Would highly not recommend them. They keep rescheduling to come back and fix it. That just shows how "professional" their customer service is. Never coming here again. Install people were even drinking on job as we found bottle caps in room. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Our sales person was very helpful and a delight to work with. As for the rest of the company, incompetence is about the only word I can think of for them. Called Tuesday to see when my flooring may be in, told it would be in Thursday for pick up. Wednesday I get a call asking why I haven't pick up my flooring as it has been with them for weeks. I call Thursday to pay the remainder of the bill so I can pick up and they have no idea what I'm talking about and unable to find my previous invoice to reference what I still owe. If I can cancel my order at this point I will be. update: unable to return product, they installed carpet then charged the remaining balance before speaking to me about the work. reducing to 1 star because i cant make it 0.
