To say that I am happy about our overall experience is a major understatement. From Ben (our sales guy) to Scott and Lyanna (the install team), we were blown away with the level of professionalism and the amazing quality of work. They all were absolutely amazing! They helped transform the room that was used for storage into a beautiful living room area because of the quality of work they did with installing the flooring. We bought a house and the seller made things more difficult than I had hoped. That left us with very little time to get the floors finished/installed. We worked with Ben to have hardwood refinished in several rooms and installed in 2 rooms. We also had carpet replaced in all bedrooms and LVP installed in the basement. After sanding, we found out the floors were actually white oak (we were thinking red oak). Ben quickly got the white oak delivered and installed. We went with a natural look with the hardwood and love it! The whole process went very quick given the circumstances. The carpet went well too. We weren't sure if the timing would work out given the short time frame but it worked out. The only concern I had was a tricky transition. Ben came over to see it and got his guy to get it
