I definitely would not recommend Nicelys going forward. In the beginning of September 2025 I had reached out to Nicelys about my washing machine having multiple issues and needed someone to check it out for me. Visit 1 & 2 they came evaluated for 10 minutes and said it was just the washer latch, they came back another day and changed it and the washer was still not working. Visit 3 & 4 & 5 washer electric board. They changed the washer electric board but they had warned me it might not be the new electric board it might be one that was used that there might have been an item switch up with a box at their site etc etc which I understood. The board ended up being an used board so they had to come out again and switch it out with the new electric board, but I want to emphasize I continuou

First time using Niceley's and let me tell you...I am very pleased and impressed! They were able to squeeze me in first thing the day after I called and Heather was OUTSTANDING in getting to the bottom of my concern! I now have her card and will be requesting her in the future should I have the need! Kudos to this business for employing females as repair technicians....she had such a vast knowledge!

All of the staff I’ve encountered thus far have been absolutely incredible! They are knowledgeable, professional, confident, willing to help, offer EXCELLENT customer service (and my standards are very high!), and work quickly without making you feel unheard or rushed out. They appreciate repeat customers but treat new customers as if they were repeat customers. They’ve always been able to answer our questions and help us find exactly what we need. We had a blower motor that was no longer made by the manufacturers so we didn’t do a service call at this time, we had just taken the motor out ourselves and took it in to them and they were able to help us find the proper fitting replacement. Nicely’s was great to work with. From the customer service on the phone, confirming the appointment— everyone was super nice. Our tech arrived on time as promised. Jordan was so nice and professional when he arrived. He explained the options and even went out of his way to be sure the repair was the same day. Very nice, and would definitely recommend them again.

AJ installed our new dishwasher quickly and professionally. He took care not to damage our new cabinets, and left the work area neat and clean. I would recommend Niceley's
