Mid-American Gunite Pools

Service after the sale? YES! Mid-American built our pool in 2012 and they are STILL responsive to our pool maintenance needs. I have them open and close our pool each year and, when I have a maintenance need, they are extremely responsive. I noticed that one of our automatic actuator valves had failed on 7/3/25. I sent them an email requesting a service call to replace it, and they responded to my email immediately letting me know it was on their scope. On 7/8, they sent a team of Luke and AJ out to fix it. Well done! Lots of companies talk about "service after the sale." These guys live up to that promise. I highly recommend them!

Great people, high quality craftsmanship, excellent communication, and they showed up every single day! The entire pool building experience has been a pleasure!!! Very impressed with how Mid American has managed and implemented this pool build. From the owners, to the sales staff, and the different teams in the trades everyone has been great to work with. The respect everyone on the team has shown to our property, our family and our dogs has been a welcoming surprise. There has been zero delays or waiting around. Once the shovels hit the ground they have not looked back. Can't say enough good things about these guys! Highly recommend!

Mid-America renovated our very old pool in need of much TLC. As with many renovations, there were several surprises and challenges along the way. They always communicated clearly the issues and options keeping us informed and an integral part of the process. Mid American Pools did a total renovation to our 16 year old gunite pool. We worked with Kaitlyn on what needed to be done, the contract, and product selection. She was always available in a timely manner to answer and follow-up on questions. When the renovation started we worked with Charlie. When issues arose, Charlie provided recommendations on how to address them and was very transparent in pros and cons, and costs. Our experience with Mid American Pools was excellent. They are a very professional and reliable company.

Kaitlyn @ Mid American was easy to work with. Everything went on time and the pool looks fantastic. Jason does our maintenance every week and is so knowledgeable.
